Sabrina is the owner of TopNotch Pilates Mind~Body Movement Studio in Portsmouth, NH and is an international fitness presenter holding her degree in Nutrition & Wellness Counseling. Well known throughout New England and beyond, Sabrina works as an AFAA Certfication Specialist training and certifing fitness intructors in aerobics, kickboxing, step, personal training, resistance training, yoga, core conditioning, and pilates matwork all over the world. For 20 years she has been specializing in innovative program design that includes combining the best of western fitness with eastern movement, philosophy and discline to promote total well-being.
