Please email me with suggestions or what exactly you are looking for and it can more than likely be done. sabrina@sabrinasvard.com PILATES BODY ~ PRECISION STRENGTH Learn basic pilates principles and how to incorporate them into a fantastic & highly effective body sculpting and streamlining workout. Using exercises from pilates, yoga, and fitness you will learn how to incorporate flex bands, fitness circles, exer-cuffs, hand weights, and body weight. Learn to simultaneously work several muscle groups at once to focus on correct posture, balance, strength, and core endurance. .3 American Council on Exercise CECs; 2.5 AFAA CECs ZENERGY Go with the flow into ZENERGY, an Eastern fitness inspired class, incorporating an eclectic mix of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, martial arts and yoga flowing movements all infused with pilates breathing and principles. Great moves for stretching or cool down or done as entire class. Relaxing yet energizing, these movements help to develop balance, focus, strength, and flexibility in a mind~body meditative setting. ZENERGY is a refreshing, yet surprisingly tough workout. .2 American Council on Exercise CECs; 2 AFAA CECs PURE PILATES & PURE PILATES ON THE BALL This workshop will teach you the five basic principles of true pilates training, nothing watered down. You will learn the importance of activating the transversus abdominus & pelvic floor, pelvic placement neutral vs. imprint, scapular stabilization, ribcage placement, and lateral breathing to aid with torso stabilization. Layer One exercises will be introduced with options leading to layer two. Modifications will be addressed for certain needs and postures. .3 American Council on Exercise CECs; 2.5 AFAA CECs each TIGHTER ASSETTES Bringing the Weight Room Into the Aerobics Room! Buns of Steel is the theme for this strength based workshop for the lower body. You'll learn 5 different advanced strength training methods and how to apply them to the personal training and/or the group exercise format.
