Thank you all for waiting patiently while I updated this website. If you are looking for information that was on the old website it still can be reached by clicking here. For those of you who do not know, September 17, 2004 I opened TopNotch Pilates: Mind~Body Movement & Personal Training Studio close to downtown Portsmouth, NH. The TopNotch Pilates website is updated! Needless to say things have been very busy and the studio is doing fabulous. Please come and visit. I'd love to have you!
