This workshop will teach you the five basic principles of true pilates training, nothing watered down. You will learn the importance of scapular stabilization, pelvic placement, ribcage placement, how to imprint using the obliques, and lateral breathing to aid with torso stabilization. Layer One exercises will be introduced with options leading to layer two. Modifications will be addressed for certain needs and postures. Come learn what pilates is really all about.
